A public school teacher for over 32 years, Ron taught at elementary, middle school, and senior high levels. During that time, he was a classroom teacher, an Instructional Media Specialist, and, most recently, a peer coach. In the latter capacity, he worked one-on-one with teachers, modeling new teaching strategies and supporting them as they implemented these instructional methods in their classes. Ron also has extensive experience as a Professional Development Trainer in the areas of differentiated instruction, reading and writing strategies, technology integration and curriculum development. This broad educational background allows him to personally identify with the needs of the classroom teacher and assist them in the development of their teaching skills.
