With over ten years of experience working with students, educators, youth and adults, in various settings, Reggie has had the opportunity to develop his approach to improving instruction and training others. As a professional student and educator he has continually worked to improve his effectiveness as a trainer and leader. He truly believes that through strategies such as differentiated instruction, leveraging technology, and having clearly defined and consistently high behavioral and academic standards we can effectively educate the 21^st century learner. 

 

Reggie has been trained in dispute resolution, conflict management, classroom and behavior management, differentiated instruction and technology integration which all help to make him a well rounded trainer and educational consultant.
