Special Events and Project Director Training
The purpose of this training is to provide special events coordinators and project directors with PCL consultants skilled in managing turn-key projects, seminars, workshops, and other special events. PCL staff members are well versed in the latest technology tools designed for keeping projects well managed, on a project time-line, and within budget constraints.
Special Events and Project Director Training Details:

- Target Audience: Special events coordinators and directors
- Size: one-on-one training with coordinators and their project staff and a PCL trainer
- Location: Staff member’s office or other private location
- Times: 2 - 4 hour sessions on average
PCL technology staff members can design customized “Event Planner” Intranet sites where all project or special events members can log on to their “Event Site” and work within specific areas where all project expenses can be tracked and later calculated for a specific budgetary amount. All action items necessary for the completion of a successful event are tracked within the sites items listed and are assigned to specific members of the project.
PCL members will work directly with the Special Event’s Coordinator to make sure the “Event Planner” site is being populated accurately and that the event is on its scheduled time-line. Microsoft Sharepoint “Event Planner” software needed.
