One-on-One Customized Training

With every Professional Development technique offered by PCL, One on One Customized Training is perhaps the most intensive method. PCL’s customized method will effectively boost the productivity of every computer user in your office by focusing specifically on the trainee’s weak points. PCL will then strengthen them with a fortified and prescriptive lessen plan.

One-on-One Customized Training Details:

  • Target audience: All staff
  • Size: one staff member with one PCL trainer
  • Location: The Learning Lab or staff member’s office (recommended site)
  • Times: 2 hour sessions on average (could cater to go up to 4 hours)

    Courses offered under one-on-one customized training:

    • All Microsoft Office Programs mentioned in Group Office Application Training (Windows, Word, File Management, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Outlook Express and Publisher)
    • Customized sessions based on the needs and duties of the staff member requesting the training

    You and/or your employees will communicate ideas more clearly, streamline business processes and collaborate with co-workers more efficiently.
