Exclusive Software Design Training

The purpose of exclusive software training depends on the types of programs that have been designed for specifically for your business. Often when a business or institution purchases a specific program for accounting, record keeping, or tracking purposes, the publisher of the program provides one day of basic training. PCL realizes that this is often not sufficient enough to get all the staff members required to use the program knowledgeable enough to fully implement the program.

PCL will become familiar with the uses, features, and purpose of the program as it relates to your business.

PCL trainers will be available for any of the following reasons:

  • When new staff members are hired and are required to use the program
  • When any staff members need additional training to increase their comfort level on the program
  • When managers or directors need assistance with implementation

Exclusive Software Design Training Details:

  • Target Audience: all staff required to use exclusive software
  • Size: small groups of no more than 12 to accommodate The Learning Lab (if needed)
  • Location: On-site computer lab (if applicable) or The Learning Lab
  • Times: 4 – 6 hour sessions
